Heimir Bates is an experienced project manager currently working at Reitir fasteignafélag since April 2022. Prior to this role, Heimir served as a property inspector at VÍS Insurance Ltd from January 2018 to January 2022 and held the position of area manager at Landsvirkjun from May 2015 to November 2017. Earlier in their career, Heimir worked as a cabinet maker at Fagus ehf for a brief period in 2013 and was the managing director and owner of HISS ehf from April 2008 to November 2012. Additionally, Heimir has experience in sales and management roles at Íslenska Gámafélagið and BYKO. Heimir's educational background includes studies at Reykjavik University from 2014 to 2015 and a high school degree in cabinetmaking and millwork from Reykjavik Technical College, completed in 2013.
