Ian Parnell is a seasoned financial analyst currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Reinvestment Fund since August 2023. Previously, Ian held the position of Senior Analyst in Management & Budget Consulting at PFM from June 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities included analyzing benefit structures for municipal employees, evaluating tax incentive programs, and developing financial planning models for distressed municipalities. Ian's earlier experience encompasses a role as a Research Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, where contributions were made to the EMBRace therapeutic intervention, and as a Data Analyst for the Westchester County Department of Social Services, focusing on workforce training and impact analysis for various programs.
