Rebekah Kil, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished Instructional Design Director at Reingold, Inc. since 2018, where leadership of the instructional design team has led to the creation of impactful training products for a diverse client base, including major projects for the 2020 Census and the Department of Defense. Prior roles include serving as Senior Communications Associate at Reingold, Regional Marketing Program Manager at the American Red Cross National Capital Region, and Marketing Manager at the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, with a consistent focus on enhancing outreach, volunteer management, and membership growth. Rebekah holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from Fox School of Business at Temple University, along with international study experience at Richmond, The American International University in London.
