Denise Rowley is a skilled sustainability professional with extensive experience in environmental governance and carbon planning. Currently serving as a Sustainability Project Officer at Reigate & Banstead Borough Council since April 2023, Denise previously held the role of Net Zero Carbon Planning Officer at The Church of England from September 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included developing and finalizing a plan for achieving net zero carbon by 2030.
