Eric Costa is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Vice President of Mid/High Rise Construction at Reid's Heritage Homes since January 2024. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at RHC from January 2021 to January 2024, including Director of Estimating and Project Development, Director of Estimating, and Chief Estimator. Eric's expertise in estimating began at Collaborative Structures Limited (CSL) as a Senior Estimator from July 2019 to January 2021 and continued at VanMar Constructors Inc. in the same capacity from April 2017 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes project development and estimating at Melloul-Blamey Construction Inc. from June 2007 to April 2017 and work as a Construction Manager/Estimator at WalterFedy from 2001 to 2007. Eric completed education at Conestoga College.
