Joe Carroll is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in operations, strategy, and business development across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at R&T Deposit Solutions since July 2024, Joe previously held the role of Director of Strategy and Business Operations at Bartlett Wealth Management from June 2022 to July 2024. Prior positions include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Development Officer at Public Trust Advisors, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed organizational growth through enhanced controls and technologies, and Vice President of Investment Advisory Services, focusing on sales and client service for a major public investment fund. Joe also directed the non-profit Helping Hands of Cincinnati and founded Bar Scholar LLC, a marketing company. With early career experience as a Public Fund Representative at RBC Global Asset Management and as a Ranger Team Leader in the US Army, Joe holds a BAS in Biology from the University of Dayton and an MBA in Finance from Xavier University.
