Nicholas Franzen is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in quality management and technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Technician at REI since September 2021, Nicholas previously held the position of Quality Manager at Bodypoint, Inc. from September 2008 to September 2021, where responsibilities included quality systems management, internal audits, and supplier qualification. Nicholas's career also includes roles as a Quality Technician and Technical Author at Full Speed Ahead, Quality Engineer at TH Industries, and various positions in bicycle mechanics and sales. Earlier in their career, Nicholas served as a Nuclear Engineer in the U.S. Navy, managing nuclear power reactors and electric plants. Educational credentials include training at the Nuclear Power Training Command and studies at Seattle Central College and the University of Phoenix.
