Monisha Veera is a seasoned Functional Lead, Business Analyst, and QA Lead currently employed at REI Systems since September 2019, where responsibilities include implementing Grants Management Software for various organizations, translating stakeholder requirements into detailed deliverables such as functional specifications and user stories. Prior to REI Systems, Monisha worked as a Business Analyst at 22nd Century Technologies Inc. from June 2018 to September 2019, capturing requirements and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Early career experience includes a Business Analyst role at Central Michigan University from September 2016 to May 2018 and at Tata Consultancy Services from May 2015 to August 2016.
