Fabiola Falcão has a diverse background in customer support and Salesforce administration. With experience in companies such as Rei do Pitaco, Portal Solar, and Printi, Fabiola has worked on Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. In addition to their Salesforce expertise, Fabiola has also worked in finance and human resources roles. Currently pursuing a degree in Analysis and Systems Development at FIAP, Fabiola continues to enhance their skills and knowledge in the tech industry.
