Kolten Schulze is a seasoned Manufacturing Program Manager at Rehrig Pacific Company since January 2013, overseeing national product roll-outs and fostering partnerships with external custom molders. Previous roles at Rehrig Pacific include National Engineering Coordinator, Production Manager, Sr. Plant Engineer, and Plant Engineer, where Kolten led safety initiatives, supported production teams, and developed engineering standards. Kolten also served as the Interfraternity Council President at Kansas State University and completed a Plant Engineer Internship at Rehrig Pacific. Kolten holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kansas State University, earned in 2012.
