Becky Guenther, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Rehmann since October 2011. Becky's extensive career in human resources also includes roles as HR Manager, HR Generalist, and Staff Recruiter at the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Staffing Consultant at Advanced Resources and as a Project Manager at The LaSalle Network. Additionally, Becky held the position of Staffing Manager and Personnel Manager at Snelling Staffing Services from 2003 to 2009. Becky holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Walsh College, earned between 2000 and 2002.
