Katie Kulikoski is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, including Chief People Officer at Progress and Brightcove. With a strong background in implementing HR strategies for organizations in various sectors, Katie has held multiple vice president positions, notably at Optaros and CIDC, where significant organizational growth was achieved. Currently serving as a Board Member and Clerk for Rehearsal for Life, Inc., Katie focuses on using theater as a medium for social change. Katie holds a B.A. in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
