Bhartendu Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic projects, and corporate development. Currently serving as Senior Director M&A and Head of Strategic Projects at REHAU since November 2021, Bhartendu previously held the position of Managing Partner at Kronbay Enterprise LLP, focusing on mid-market transactions. Prior experience includes Director of Corporate Development at M.D Investment Pvt Ltd, where multi-million dollar deals were executed, and Co-Founder of VON KRONBERG, a luxury e-commerce brand in Germany. Bhartendu began their career as a Securities Trader at Faberge Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. and worked as an Audit Associate at Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP. Academically, Bhartendu holds an MBA from Nottingham University Business School and a recent Executive Program in Advanced Valuation from NYU Stern School of Business.
