Tracy's career began in 1991 as a practicing occupational therapist in a skilled nursing home. Her current position has her overseeing the operations of contracted hospitals in Nebraska, Iowa and California. In this role, she is responsible for strategic development, managing budgets and meeting financial goals, oversight of staffing and customer service and engagement. She has served as President and Reimbursement Chair for the Nebraska Occupational Therapy Association and as the Nebraska delegate to the AOTA Representative Assembly.
