Kathleen Steiger is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Leader at Rehab Medical since November 2020, Kathleen has successfully transformed the HR function to support rapid organizational growth. Previous positions include HR Management Consultant for small businesses, Global HR Manager at Vertellus, Director of Human Resources at Harlan Laboratories and Wurth Service Supply, and Director of Human Resources at TRW Automotive. Kathleen holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, a BSBA in Management from John Carroll University, and completed the Executive Program in HR Leadership and Collective Bargaining at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
