Phillip Kim is currently employed as a Consultant at Regulated Capital Consultants since 2022. Prior to this, they have had extensive work experience at PowerPlan, Inc. starting from 2008. At PowerPlan, they held various roles, including Sr. Technical Architect, Technical Architect, Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. In these roles, they were responsible for implementing PowerPlan's software products and solutions, leading infrastructure development, building system integrations, developing queries and reports, and managing end-to-end project delivery. Before joining PowerPlan, Phillip worked as a Cooperative Education Student at UPS Supply Chain Solutions from 2004 to 2007.

Phillip Kim attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
