Emily Oler is an experienced professional in partnerships, enterprise strategy, and operations, currently working at Regrow Ag since March 2023. Previously, Emily held the role of Senior Consultant at EY-Parthenon, where expertise in corporate strategy and M&A supported Fortune 100 companies in navigating strategic opportunities. Emily also founded MStrategy+ Consulting, providing strategic planning and business development consulting to various industries, and managed due diligence processes at Interstate Fusion Ventures. Emily's early experience includes roles in marketing strategy and market research at notable organizations such as PepsiCo and Kent State University. Emily holds dual Master's degrees in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Marketing & Finance from Kent State University.
