Rod Kelly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental services, water treatment, and project management. Currently serving as Program Manager for Environmental Services at the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, Rod oversees the operations of a specialized water and wastewater municipal system in Fort Chipewyan, Alberta.
