Bob Kelley has over two decades of experience in IT operations, currently serving as the Manager of IT Operations at the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) since March 1999. In this role, Bob is responsible for the efficient operation, deployment, and security of the Agency’s applications and IT infrastructure, which handles over one billion dollars for more than 300 municipalities in Ohio. Bob has held multiple positions within RITA, including Infrastructure Security Supervisor, Network Security Lead, and Communications Manager, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing security projects to managing telecommunications initiatives. Prior to RITA, Bob worked as a Senior Consultant at Data Dimensions, Inc., focusing on year 2000 compliance issues, and earlier held roles as Project Coordinator and Computer Programmer within RITA. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Baldwin Wallace University.
