Janella Rae Bautista is a Case Manager at the Regional Center of the East Bay since March 2024, responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of Individual Program Plans (IPP) for assigned Consumers. Previously, Janella served as a Student Support Services Coordinator at Making Waves Academy from November 2023 to February 2024, where responsibilities included coordinating the Triage intake process to identify student needs. Janella has held various roles in mental health and patient outcome management, including Associate Patient Outcome Manager and Operations Program Manager at Amen Clinics, Inc., and Mental Health Specialist at Catapult Learning. With experience in therapeutic behavioral support and outreach to vulnerable populations, Janella's educational background includes a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Capella University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.
