Jonathan B. is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT and systems administration. With a tenure at Regional Australia Bank as a Technical Services Officer since July 2019 following the merger with Holiday Coast Credit Union, Jonathan has been responsible for managing a complex Microsoft Windows network comprising over 40 servers and more than 530 desktops and laptops. Prior to the merger, Jonathan served as Technology Supervisor and Maintenance Coordinator at Holiday Coast Credit Union since October 2007, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of various IT systems, including VoIP, physical security systems, and mobile device management. Additionally, Jonathan has experience as a Computer Service Technician and Service Administrator at Manning Computers & Technology from August 1999 to 2006, specializing in technical support for computers and related peripherals. Jonathan holds an Advanced Diploma in Manufacturing Technology (Computer Systems Engineering) from North Coast Institute of TAFE and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
