Irvin Bida has extensive experience in public policy development and coordination, currently serving as Directeur de la coordination des politiques publiques at Région Île-de-France since January 2018. In this role, Irvin Bida is responsible for the formulation and implementation of regional policies related to higher education and research. Prior to this position, Irvin Bida held various roles including Secretaire national at Union des Démocrates et des Indépendants overseeing institutional reform, and collaborated with Jean-Louis Borloo as Chef de cabinet and parliamentary collaborator. Irvin Bida also gained experience in the Cabinet of the Minister of Ecology, Energy and Sustainable Development. Irvin Bida holds a Master 2 degree in Public Life and Institutional Relations from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
