Ike Chapotot is the Federal Director at Familles Rurales Ile-de-France since September 2014, overseeing the federations of Seine-et-Marne and Île-de-France. Responsibilities include coordinating services, supervising federal projects, managing a budget of 850 k€, and guiding human resources comprising 17 permanent and up to 30 occasional staff. In previous roles, Ike served as a Chargé de mission focused on youth and parentality, and as a Federal Animator responsible for youth projects and service civic initiatives. Currently, Ike is also a member of the CESER Ile-de-France, representing the federation in committees related to agriculture and transport. Educational qualifications include a DEJEPS in socio-educational animation and a BPJEPS in public leisure activities.
