Charlotte Eland has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and coaching industries. Serving as Enhedschef Serviceproduktionen at Region Hovedstadens Apotek since January 2009, Charlotte is responsible for producing patient-specific cytostatics and antibiotics, implementing robotic technology, and optimizing production processes. Additional roles include Driftleder positions focusing on cytostatics at Hillerød and Herlev. Since January 2008, Charlotte has also worked as an Enneagram coach and Trivselskonsulent at Coacheland, emphasizing employee well-being and team development. Previous experience includes managerial positions at Dako Denmark A/S and a background in educational achievements such as a Master Coach degree and various certifications in coaching and NLP techniques, alongside an academic background from the University of Copenhagen.
