Michelle Hall, MSCJ, currently serves as a School Safety & Security Consultant at Region 10 ESC since April 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle Hall retired as a Police Sergeant from the Richardson Police Department, where tenure lasted from November 1998 to March 2023. Michelle Hall holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Woman's University.
