David Boisselle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and academia. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Engineering Services Network since March 2023, David specializes in full-spectrum recruiting for Department of Defense contractors. David has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Regent University since July 2016, teaching various leadership courses, and possesses a significant background in recruitment management, having served as Recruiting Manager at ICI Services from January 2017 to November 2022. As the owner of Agape Leadership Consulting LLC, David provided strategic leadership consulting and aimed to help organizations become veteran-friendly. David's earlier roles include Adjunct Faculty positions at multiple universities and the Director of Military & Veterans Affairs at Regent University, where enrollment of military students grew significantly under their leadership. Boisselle holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, along with multiple master's degrees in education and human resource management, and a bachelor's degree in business management.
