Sam Kraus has worked in the real estate industry for over 13 years. They started their career as an Acquisitions Analyst at Canyon Capital Realty Advisors in July 2008. After two years, Sam joined Regent Properties as an Acquisitions Associate in May 2010. They steadily climbed the ranks, becoming a Vice President in August 2013 and then a Senior Vice President & Head of Acquisitions in October 2016. In March 2020, Sam was promoted to EVP & Head of Investments, Principal at Regent Properties, a role they held until May 2023. Currently, Sam serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Principal at Regent Properties, a position they have held since June 2023.
Sam Kraus attended The Wharton School from 2004 to 2008 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Sam'sfield of study focused on Finance and Real Estate.
