Monica Lee, CPA, currently serves as Fund Controller at Regent Properties since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. from June 2021 to January 2022, and Accounting Manager at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. from December 2018 to May 2021. Monica previously worked at Regent Properties as Senior Accountant from May 2016 to November 2018, and at CohnReznick LLP as Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate from October 2013 to April 2016. Monica was also Vice President of Events for the Biola Accounting Society and Campus Ambassador for Becker Professional Education in 2012. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Biola University, awarded in 2012.
