Renae Dill is an experienced executive in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of External Manufacturing Operations at Regeneron since April 2024. Prior to this role, Renae held various leadership positions, including General Manager for Pharma Site Operations at Biogen, where oversight was provided for multiple manufacturing processes, and Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Just - Evotec Biologics, leading a new manufacturing startup. Renae's extensive background includes Vice President roles at Thermofisher Scientific and SMITH AND NEPHEW BIOACTIVES, managing complex supply chains and manufacturing operations. Earlier positions at Amgen and PDL BioPharma involved significant contributions to compliance, production planning, and operational efficiency.
