Margherita Norelli currently serves as Associate Director and previously held the position of Senior Scientist at 2seventy bio since November 2021. From December 2018 to November 2021, Margherita worked at bluebird bio, advancing through roles from Scientist I to Senior Scientist. Prior experience includes a Post-doctoral fellowship at San Raffaele Hospital and Scientific Institute focused on CAR-T cell therapy and preclinical modeling. Margherita's academic background includes a PhD and Master's degree in Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnologies from Libera Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele, alongside research roles at Ospedale San Raffaele and OSR-DIBIT.
