Morgan Durham has served as the Director of Business Development at Regency Hospital Company since May 2017 and transitioned to the Rehabilitation Therapy Manager role in 2018, combining clinical and administrative responsibilities while leading a team of therapy professionals. Previous experience includes being an Occupational Therapist within both the Bon Secours Health System and at Regency Hospital of Greenville, where Morgan focused on patient evaluations, goal setting, and interdisciplinary care. Early career highlights include occupational therapy internships at AnMed Health and University Health System, providing care for diverse patient populations, and serving as an Aba Lead Therapist and Head Coach in various capacities. Morgan holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Presbyterian College.
