Megan Couch started their work experience in 2003 at Nordstrom, where they held the position of Logistics until August 2016. In 2015, they joined Regency Lighting as a Purchaser and later transitioned to the role of Quotations Specialist from March 2018 to January 2019. Megan then served as a Project Coordinator from January to September 2019 before being promoted to Project Manager in September 2019.

Megan Couch completed their Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training/Trainer at Kansas Wesleyan University from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master's of Organizational Leadership at Brandman University from 2012 to 2013.
