Armando Hernandez has extensive experience in plant management, currently serving as Plant Manager for IGMex Plant 6, Motor Plant, and Capacitor Plant at Regal Beloit Corporation since November 2005. Prior to that, Armando held various positions at GE from February 1996 to October 2005, including Materials Manager, Engineer & Maintenance Manager, Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, and Project Engineer, participating in the Technical Leadership Program. Armando holds a Master's degree in Administration and Finance from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua (2000-2002) and a degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Chihuahua (1990-1994).
