Nikita Purohit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Manager - Enterprise Partnerships at Refyne India since December 2022, Nikita previously held the position of Senior Associate Lead at Infosys, focusing on employee engagement for over 12,000 employees and managing the employee lifecycle for more than 1,100 individuals.
