Bonnie Barrett is an experienced grants accountant currently working at the Refugee Women’s Alliance since August 2019. Prior to this role, Bonnie held a similar position at Compass Housing Alliance for a brief period in 2019. Bonnie's extensive background at Solid Ground from 2008 to 2018 includes serving as a Contract & Budget Analyst, where responsibilities included managing program budgets and ensuring compliance with contracts, as well as an Administrative Information Supervisor for a $1.6M program. Earlier experience includes a role as Purchasing Manager at Discover Your Northwest and as a Technical Trainer at Bensussen Deutsch & Associates. Bonnie began a career as an Americorps VISTA Community Organizer with the Anti-Displacement Project from 1996 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University Seattle and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Oregon Institute of Technology.
