Tamsin Baxter is an accomplished professional in fundraising and external affairs, currently serving as Executive Director of Fundraising and External Affairs at the Refugee Council since June 2021. Prior to this role, Tamsin held positions at Vision Foundation as Director of Development and at Panathlon Challenge as Head of Corporate Partnerships. Tamsin has extensive experience at Scope, progressing from Senior Corporate Executive to various leadership roles, including Interim Director of Fundraising and Head of Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships. Tamsin began their career at the British Heart Foundation as an Account Manager. Tamsin holds an LLB in Law from Newcastle University.
