Tanzilla Mostafiz is an experienced advocacy and knowledge management officer currently working at the Refugee and Migratory Movements Research Unit (RMMRU) since November 2024. Previously, Tanzilla served as a Senior Executive in Communications and Media Relations at Dnet-Development Research Network, where responsibilities included managing media communications and maintaining relationships with journalists. Prior to that role, Tanzilla was a Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Program Officer and Psychosocial Support Officer at Good Neighbors Bangladesh, focusing on community communication and psychosocial support for children and parents. Tanzilla holds a Master's degree in Journalism and Media Studies and an Honours degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Jahangirnagar University.
