Janice Lee is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Refuge since April 2022, Janice previously held the position of Human Resources Consultant at Effective People Solutions from April 2021 to April 2022, a venture founded to provide flexible HR services. Prior to that, Janice was the Director of Human Resources at Purchasing Systems (PSL) from January 2001 to April 2020, where efforts to enhance employee engagement earned PSL recognition on the Sunday Times Best Companies List multiple times. Janice's earlier roles include Director of Human Resources at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), where brand standards were significantly improved, and Director of Human Resources at HYATT Hotels, where an Excellence Award was received for exceptional HR leadership. Janice holds a Master's Degree in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy from Regent's University London.
