Minna Lyijynen is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in sustainability and organizational communication. Currently serving as the Head of Group Sustainability at Refresco since July 2011, Minna also held the position of Communications Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes working as Communications Manager and Communications Officer at CapMan from March 2006 to April 2011, as well as serving as a Communications Officer at Spar Finland Plc from January 2005 to February 2006. Minna holds a Master's degree in Organizational Communication and PR from the University of Jyvaskyla, Finland, earned between 2000 and 2005.
