Rachel Hostinsky is a seasoned recruiter currently working at Refloor since March 2024, where responsibilities include strategizing overall recruiting initiatives, managing applicant tracking systems, and cultivating candidate relationships. Prior to Refloor, Rachel served as a Recruiting Specialist at Plex, by Rockwell Automation from July 2021 to October 2023, and as Assistant Director of Recruiting and Marketing at Equitable Advisors from May 2020 to July 2021, utilizing various platforms for candidate sourcing. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Oakland University, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Oakland Community College.
