Rory MacFadyen started their work experience in 2008 as a Senior Account Executive at The Circle Agency Limited, where they managed experiential marketing campaigns for Electronic Arts. Rory then moved on to BD Network, where they worked as an Account Manager and later as a Senior Account Manager. In 2013, they joined The Alternative as a Senior Account Manager before transitioning to Blink Experience as a Senior Account Director in 2014. In 2015, Rory joined Intigral as a Sports Planning Director and later became the Senior Director of Sports Operations. In 2019, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Icons Series. Currently, Rory is a Co-Founder of Reflo, a company that specializes in sustainable apparel made from recycled plastic waste.
Rory MacFadyen attended the University of Gloucestershire from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a 1st Class BA Hons degree in Marketing and Advertising.
