Noga Sapir has been working in the tech industry since 2011. Noga began their career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Sizmek. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of Reflect Innovation, a company that is developing the Reflect Orb, a soft and comforting wellness companion that uses biofeedback to enable users to bring awareness to their emotional states and learn how to influence their reactions to achieve relaxation. The Orb is accompanied by the Reflect App which helps users track their progress on their wellness journey.

Noga Sapir's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Textile Design from Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art. from 2012 to 2016, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Neuroscience from Tel Aviv University from 2008 to 2010.
