Scott Olsen currently serves as the Head of Digital Assets at Salt Labs since November 2022. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Olsen has been the Executive Chairman and CEO at ReferralExchange since August 2007. Prior positions include Principal in Private Equity at Crestview Technology Group from 2002 to 2005, Investment Banking Associate at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from 2001 to 2002, and Equity Research at WR Hambrecht + Co from 1998 to 2000. Scott Olsen holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business (2005-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business (1994-1998), following graduation from Oak Ridge High School in 1994.
