Anastasia Lavronenko has extensive experience in product marketing and communications. Anastasia is currently working at Reface as a Product Marketing Manager. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Communications and another stint as a Product Marketing Manager at Reface. Before joining Reface, Anastasia worked at The Gradient as a Product Marketing Manager, where they were involved in brand and marketing strategy development, go-to-market strategy development, marketing planning and coordination, PR strategy and management, and the development of digital and creative concepts and campaigns. Anastasia also partnered with startup founders to understand their business models and objectives and developed product visions and long-term product roadmaps. Additionally, Anastasia conducted user research, crafted research materials, tested and validated working hypothesis with users, and collaborated with designers and business analysts to deliver multi-platform applications. Prior to The Gradient, they worked as a Kickstarter Marketing Manager at Evopaper, a Marketing Manager at TemplateMonster.com, a Communications Manager at Smart Atoms, and a Mobile Marketing Manager at Lemberg Solutions Limited. Anastasia also held the role of PR Manager at 4sync and 4shared.com, where they maintained social media pages and wrote original posts. Anastasia also worked as an interviewer for EURO 2012 at IFM Sports Marketing Surveys.
Anastasia Lavronenko obtained their Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in UX Design Basics from Projector School in September 2017.
