Matthew Swanson, CMA, is a Director of Accounting and Finance at REEP Residential. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Eureka Multifamily Group as a Controller, Assistant Controller, and Senior Accountant. Matthew also has experience as a Property Accountant at Campus Advantage and as a Staff Accountant and Management Trainee at Enterprise Holdings. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Texas State University in 2015.
