Ian Silvester serves as the CEO for Reelwell AS, an energy technology development company, since March 2018, focusing on generating commercial revenue while enhancing efficiency and reducing emissions in well construction. Prior to this, Ian operated as a small business owner and drilling technology advisor from January 2016 to February 2018, successfully establishing a Residential Electrical Contracting business in Houston. Ian's extensive experience at Schlumberger from November 1993 to December 2015 included roles such as Vice President of Drilling Tools, General Manager of Motors, and various operational management positions across multiple regions, notably in the North Sea and the Middle East. Ian holds a Master's degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering with Management from Loughborough University, completed in 1993.
