Simeone Ehiaguina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2009, they served as the Director of Audit at Prudential Auditors and Consultants. This was followed by a role as a Youth Corps Member at Turning Point Schools in 2012. They then joined Stanbic Bank in 2013, where they held positions such as Account Support Officer and Corporate Account's Processor, handling tasks such as reviewing KYC documents, processing accounts, and managing investment accounts. In 2020, they transitioned to ReelFruit, where they took on roles including Production Operations Lead, Facility and Operations Executive, and currently serve as the Operations Lead. In these positions, they have been responsible for managing assets, budgets, and operational activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines.

Simeone Ehiaguina completed their educational journey with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, from 2006 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing at the same university from 2019 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills.
