Arul Joseph is a seasoned mechanical professional with over 14 years of experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Mechanical Supervisor and Safety lead at REEL USA CORP, Arul oversees the Airbus 320 Final assembly line. Previously, as a Project Engineer at Reel, Arul contributed to significant installations, such as the Emirates Engineering Painting Hangar and maintenance docks for Muscat Airways. Arul's experience also includes a role as Fabrication/Production Engineer at Danem Group, where projects involved complex plant equipment for Maaden Aluminum in Saudi Arabia and aircraft maintenance hangars in Qatar. Early career development included a position as Junior Engineer at Electropneumatics and Hydraulics India, focusing on the production and fabrication of mechanical equipment. Arul holds a B-Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Caarmel Engineering College and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by qualifications as a NEBOSH & BGAS painting inspector and a QA-HSE Management Professional Engineer.
