Jean Mondesir is a seasoned professional in the culinary and hospitality industry with extensive experience spanning several management roles. Currently serving as a Site Manager at REEF since October 2021, Jean has previously held positions such as Assistant General Manager at TGI Fridays and Machine Operator/Shift Supervisor at TALKE USA Inc. Jean's career began at Master ConcessionAir / World Wide Concessions, progressing from Lead Line Cook to Kitchen Manager.
