Beth Tompkins, EMBA, is an accomplished executive consultant and advisor specializing in operations, enablement, and customer experience with a strong focus on growth-oriented and scalable solutions. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Reef.ai and an Executive Consultant at Emerge Consulting, Beth has previously held leadership roles such as Vice President of Customer Success Enablement at Perceptyx and Director of Customer Enablement at Tackle.io. With extensive experience across various organizations including Invoca, Procore Technologies, and the University of California Office of the President, Beth has developed and implemented strategies that enhance customer journeys, internal communications, and overall operational efficiency.
